The Galley restaurant at the campsite near Carcassonne, l'Escale Occitane
Restaurant Galley is located in the middle of the campsite. With Rémy as the chef and Nadia as your hostess.
The restaurant is open in the evenings from March to December, in summer also on Monday afternoons and during low season by reservation.
Rémy, former flight chef at Air France, in charge of our restaurant as chef de cuisine, prepares delicious cassoulets, for you to enjoy.
He went on training in the Drôme to prepare the most delicious pizzas (including one with ravioli) and homemade burgers. As soon as he is finished in the kitchen, he goes to work on the land, pruning the rose bushes, cutting the grass and such.
Rémy likes to be creative in the kitchen, preparing dishes with local products: delicious beef, chicken, fish and vegan burgers, homemade pizzas including the famous pizza Raviole and various salads.
Come and refresh yourself at the bar with a smoothie or an ice cream in the shade of the terraces.
